Gelatamp forte is a gelatine sponge with activated capillary action for remarkably fast and safe hemostasis during surgical procedures.

Thanks to a patented process, Gelatamp forte has a particularly rough surface and is also significantly more porous than other commercially available gelatine sponges. Its special sponge structure has an activated capillary action, which immediately absorbs liquid after placement in the wound and thus initiates an accelerated coagulation cascade.

Gelatamp forte is available in a small rectangular shape (10x10x4mm) and can be easily inserted into the wound cavity.
