Application field:
Fabrication of PLAYSAFE sports mouthguard, positioners, duplication of training models and other soft splints. Chemical characteristics: EVA: ethyl-vinyl-acetate. Harmless to health, BgVV (Federal Health Office) listed thermoplast with tested biocompatibility. Insouble in water, inactive, harmless to ground water.

Usage:
Plastification: (for machines without heating time control) Heat until foil sags slightly, then thermoform. Insulate model or use Universal-UZF.

Product-description:
Rubbery, soft material. Can be adjusted by heating or with fusing gun. Hardness Shore A: 82. Does not bond to acrylate.
